Kayla is a writer of romantic fantasies about forbidden magic, glittering political intrigue, and the heart's quietest hopes. Based in the Pacific Northwest, she draws inspiration from the eternally moody weather to craft lush, atmospheric stories. When not writing— and sometimes even when she is— she's the obedient servant to two yowling, toy-hoarding cat dragons.
